JULY 2009
DENNIS FRANDSEN INDUCTED INTO
MINNESOTA BUSINESS HALL OF FAME
Dennis Frandsen, founder, CEO, and
chairman of the board of Frandsen Corporation, was inducted into the Minnesota
Business Hall of Fame on July 23, 2009.
The Minnesota Business Hall of Fame
honors the lifetime achievements of extraordinary business leaders in the state
of Minnesota. It is sponsored by Twin Cities Business magazine. The
ceremony, held at the Minneapolis Hilton, honored Frandsen, Viet Ngo, Edward Jay
Phillips, Michael Fiterman, and Carl Platou.
"Members of the Minnesota Business Hall
of Fame rank among Minnesota's most accomplished business leaders of all time,"
according to Twin Cities Business magazine. "They represent a variety of
industries and regions within our state, and each is uniquely distinguished, but
they also have much in common. Each has been an individual of enterprise who has
improved Minnesota's business landscape. Each has been a leader, an agent of
change, and a source of inspiration. Each has helped create a better
world."
"Dennis has spent a lifetime building
successful companies with five very basic ingredients: good sense, good values,
plain dealing, hard work, and a Midwesterner's humility," says Rich Hoban,
president and chief operating officer of Frandsen Financial
Corporation.
"This is a tremendous honor that I share
with the talented and dedicated employees working at all of our companies,"
Frandsen said. "Their good work is what made our success
possible."
