State Bank of Tower Acquired by Frandsen Financial

On May 23, 2008 Frandsen Financial Corporation acquired Tower Bancshares, Inc. of Tower, MN and it's sole subsidiary, the State Bank of Tower.  The State Bank of Tower has total assets of $60 million and offices in Tower, Cloquet, and Carlton, Minnesota.
