Dan Ferrise, Chief Executive Officer

Dan joined Frandsen Corporation in 2005 as Executive Vice President, with responsibility for working closely with Frandsen’s manufacturing companies, providing guidance, planning support and corporate oversight.  His responsibilities have evolved to also include the role of Chief Executive Officer for Miller Manufacturing where Dan is focused on driving the strategic direction and future of the company. 

 Prior to joining Frandsen, Dan served for six years as CEO of MINNCOR Industries, the manufacturing arm of the Minnesota Department of Corrections. He led the successful conversion of the corrections work program into a profitable service and product manufacturing firm, incorporating contemporary business solutions into the organization and building annual sales to nearly $40 million. He also served as warden at the Minnesota Correctional Facility at Stillwater, working in the department of Corrections for a total of 17 years. He earned a B.A. in Marketing and Business Management from Concordia University.
