  1. Dennis Frandsen, CEO

    Dennis is the founder and owner of Frandsen Corporation and serves as its chief executive officer and chairman of the board. He actively oversees all operations of his family of companies from the Frandsen Corporation offices in North Branch, Minnesota. The COO of Frandsen Corporation and the CEO and president of Frandsen Financial Corporation report directly to Dennis Frandsen.

  2. Greg Frandsen, President

    Greg, son of Dennis, is president of Frandsen Corporation. He has held several positions in the family businesses. In 1983 he got his start as a loan officer in the first bank purchased by Frandsen. He was national sales manager for Plastech and currently is president, CEO, and co-owner of Industrial Netting. He has a degree in business administration from St. Cloud State University.

  3. Dan Ferrise, COO

    Dan oversees all aspects of the Frandsen manufacturing enterprise in his role as chief operations officer, serving in the positions of CEO of Miller Manufacturing and president of Plastech. He holds a degree in marketing and administration from Concordia University in St. Paul. Dan finds great satisfaction in driving the strategic planning and execution process to achieve outstanding results.

  4. Debbie Hanson, Executive Assistant to Dennis Frandsen

    Debbie started her career with Frandsen working in the accounting department at Plastech and then with the engineering group. She later moved to Frandsen Corporation as assistant to the corporate controller and eventually as executive assistant to Dennis Frandsen. She is also office manager at the corporate headquarters in North Branch as well as maintaining some accounting duties for the corporation.

  5. Andrea Stream, Senior Accountant

    Andrea is responsible for accounting and taxes for Frandsen Corporation, DF and Company, and several other Frandsen entities. She also has oversight of accounting and financial functions for Industrial Netting. Andrea came with over ten years of experience in the public accounting sector prior to joining the Frandsen organization. She holds an accounting degree from the University of Minnesota–Duluth.

  6. Jeanne Glynn, Corporate Director of Human Resources and Development

    Jeanne leads the HR managers at the manufacturing companies, providing strategic and core human resources and development. She works with the executive team to develop and execute Frandsen’s employer-of-choice initiative. Previously, Jeanne was director of human resources for Allied Plastics and worked in the family business at Glynco Plastics. She holds certifications for SPHR and SHRM-SCP.

  7. Chris Skappel, Corporate Director of Purchasing and Planning

    Chris has over two decades in manufacturing operations and supply chain, nearly half of that with Frandsen companies. Leading a team of purchasing and production planning professionals from each of the Frandsen entities, Chris is responsible for inventory management and vendor relationships. She holds a degree in business administration from American Intercontinental University.
